Pool Party Reservations
Booking a party at the Parma Heights Pool reserves the five (5) picnic tables underneath the shade structure located in the southeast corner of the main pool deck against the fence of the children’s pool area.
The party area can be reserved for a two (2) hour time slot (12p-2p, 3p-5p, or 6p-8p). Party attendees may stay at the facility for the remainder of open swim hours.
Outside food is allowed with the exception of alcoholic beverages. Items may be delivered to the pool. The pool staff is not responsible for receiving an order.
Prohibited: Balloons, confetti, inflatables, glass, electric appliances, and any item that may become a hazard to other patrons or the operation of the pool. Other decorations and items are allowed at the manager’s discretion.
Parties must be scheduled at least two (2) weeks prior to the event.
Cancellations of less than 48 hours will result in forfeiture of full reservation fees paid.
On the day of the party, each guest will be checked in by the pool staff and given a wrist band. All persons, regardless of swimming or not, must be checked in and accounted for in the total guest count. Guests exceeding the maximum will be charged the daily pass rate. All party guests must follow all pool policies and directions of the pool staff.
Rental requests must be paid within 48 hours of approval or the reservation will be canceled.
