What: Yoga for Every-Body, offering levels from basic beginner to intermediate with all levels of modifying available to meet everyone's individual needs.

Please note: All participants are required to pre-register in order to attend. Walk-ins can be accommodated prior to class start time only, if already have an existing MyRec account.
