All transactions at the pool will be card payments only. Cash will no longer be accepted at the gatehouse or concession stand.
However, if you would like to purchase a membership using cash, you can do so in person at City Hall during normal business hours.

Non-residents may accompany a resident into the facility as a resident guest. Rules are as follows:
One (1) resident adult (18+) can escort up (2) non-resident
One (1) resident child (3-12) can escort one (1) non-resident w/a paid adult
One (1) resident child (13-17) can escort one (1) non-resident

Non-resident Adult (18+) $11
Non-resident Child (3-12) $5
Non-Resident Child (13-17) $10
Non-resident Senior (60+) $8
Children 0-2 will remain free with a paid adult
Non-residents will be invited to attend special events such as Swim Cinema, Christmas in July, Doggy Swim, etc.
Non-residents may still purchase a membership to access the facility but cannot bring additional non-resident guests.
There will be zero tolerance for verbal abuse of the Parma Heights Pool Staff. Any patron speaking in such a manner will be removed from the facility and banned.

Comments, questions, and concerns should be directed to the Recreation Department Office.

Open swim will be canceled for the day when the forecasted high is 65* or less and overcast. The forecast will be used, and the determination will be made no later than 8 p.m. on the day before. Programs will continue on a case-by-case basis.

The pool will be closed for 30 minutes after any lightning or thunder is seen or heard.

The announcement will be made via the Parma Heights Recreation Facebook page. You can also call the Parma Heights Pool at 440.886.2424 for updates regarding any changes or closures to the pool schedule. There will be a voicemail message with the most up-to-date information if calls are received after operating hours, or if the phone lines are in use assisting other patrons.
