Pool
Participants must be able to swim 25 yards Front Crawl (Freestyle) or Breaststroke, they can begin in swim lessons and transfer to Penguins when ready (swim lesson fees apply).

Practices:  Monday and Friday 8:00 AM -9:30 AM
                 Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM 

Swimmers will receive a swim cap and t-shirt. A team suit is not required to compete in league meets. The swimmer will need goggles - tinted are preferred, as we swim in an outdoor pool.

Swimmers are not REQUIRED to compete in league meets. To compete in league meets: Reside in Parma Heights, Parma, or Seven Hills (Parma City School District) -OR- Attend school within Parma Heights, Parma, or Seven Hills (PCSD or Private Schools)

Swimmers must attend practice an average of two days per week (three preferred). Meet schedule will be communicated after registration, before and during the season. Meets are typically on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. The Cuyahoga Valley Swim League Championship is held on Saturday, July 26th. Parent volunteers will be needed during swim meets.
